Upgrade in 3 Steps
Go to Billing Settings
Navigate to the product dashboard you want to upgrade:
Select Your New Tier
Choose the tier you want to upgrade to. You'll see:
- Original tier price
- New tier price
- Upgrade cost (difference only)
- New features you'll unlock
Complete Payment
Pay the difference using your preferred payment method. Your account is upgraded instantly.
Instant Access: New features are available immediately after payment.

Upgrading Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription products (Monitor, Live Chat, HealthBloom):
Prorated Billing
When you upgrade mid-month, you're only charged for the remaining days at the new tier rate.
Example:
Tip: You can upgrade at any time. There's no benefit to waiting until the start of your billing cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade multiple tiers at once?
Yes! You can skip tiers. For example, upgrade directly from Starter to Business without going through Pro. You'll pay the full difference.
Can I downgrade to a lower tier?
Lifetime licenses cannot be downgraded since you've already paid. However:
- You can request a refund within 30 days and repurchase a lower tier
- Monthly subscriptions can downgrade at the end of the billing period
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay through Stripe's secure checkout.
Do I get a refund if I upgrade then downgrade?
No. Upgrades are treated as new purchases. If you upgrade then request a refund within 30 days, you'll be refunded the upgrade amount only (not the original purchase).
Can I upgrade multiple products at once?
Each product is upgraded separately. However, you can add multiple upgrades to your cart and check out once. Contact us for bulk upgrade discounts.
Is there a discount for upgrading?
The upgrade system itself is the discount - you only pay the difference instead of the full new tier price. Occasionally we offer promotional upgrade discounts (10-20% off).
