This guarantee applies to both one-time lifetime purchases and monthly subscriptions, regardless of which tier you purchased (Starter, Pro, Business, or Enterprise).
How to Request a Refund

- We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

Common Refund Reasons
We process refunds for:
- Product not meeting your expectations
- Technical issues that prevent product use
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Change of mind within the 30-day window
- Feature limitations not suitable for your needs
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Your access to the product will be immediately revoked
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds are usually instant to 24 hours
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Exceptions and Special Cases
Please note the following exceptions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- If you've violated our Terms of Service, refund requests may be denied
- Excessive refund requests may be reviewed for potential abuse
- Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole, not individual products
- Gift purchases can only be refunded to the original purchaser
- WordPress plugin licenses are non-refundable after download (due to digital product nature)
- Custom development work or consulting services are non-refundable
Subscription Cancellations
For monthly subscription products (Monitor, Live Chat, HealthBloom):
- Cancellations can be made at any time from your dashboard
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for unused time within a billing period (except during 30-day guarantee)
- You can reactivate at any time without losing your data (retained for 90 days)
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:
- For bundle purchases where only some products are unsatisfactory
- When technical issues are resolved but caused significant inconvenience
- Other cases as determined by our support team
Partial refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.
After 30 Days
Refunds are not available for purchases older than 30 days. However, we still offer support:
- Lifetime technical support is always available
- We'll work with you to resolve any issues you're experiencing
- Feature requests and feedback are always welcome
- In exceptional cases, we may consider refunds beyond 30 days
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks damage our relationship with payment processors and may result in:

- Permanent ban from StackBloom services
- Legal action to recover chargeback fees
We process refunds within 30 days with no questions asked, so there's no reason to file a chargeback.
