All StackBloom purchases come with a money-back guarantee. Here's how refunds work.

Money-Back Guarantee

One-Time Purchase Products

All one-time purchase products (Forms, PDF Suite, E-Sign, Scheduling, Proposals, Automations, TableBloom, InboxBridge, URL Shortener, Email Signature) include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Monthly Subscription Products

Subscription products (Monitor, Live Chat, HealthBloom) include a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

  • ✓Full refund on first month within 14 days
  • ✓Cancel anytime (no refund after 14 days)
  • ✓Prorated credits not offered

How to Request a Refund

Contact Support

Email us at support@stackbloom.io with the subject line "Refund Request"

Provide Details

Include in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • Product(s) you wish to refund
  • Purchase date (if known)
  • Brief reason (optional but appreciated)

Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (usually much faster). Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Am I eligible for a refund?

You ARE eligible if:

  • Your purchase was within the guarantee period (14 or 30 days)
  • You have not received a refund for this product before
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

You are NOT eligible if:

  • More than 30 days (one-time) or 14 days (subscription) have passed
  • You've already received a refund for the same product
  • Your account was banned for Terms of Service violations
Can I get a partial refund?

We offer full refunds within the guarantee period, not partial refunds. If you've purchased multiple products and only want to refund some, that's fine - just specify which products in your refund request.

What happens to my data after a refund?

When you receive a refund, your access to that product is immediately revoked. However:

  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind
  • After 30 days, all data associated with that product is permanently deleted
  • You can request immediate deletion by contacting support
Can I re-purchase after a refund?

Yes, you can re-purchase at any time. However, each product is eligible for only one refund per customer. If you re-purchase after receiving a refund, the money-back guarantee will not apply to the second purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

For monthly subscription products (Monitor, Live Chat, HealthBloom), you can cancel anytime:

Cancel Before Renewal

Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Already Charged?

If you cancel after being charged for a new period, you can continue using the service for that month, but no prorated refund is offered (except within the 14-day first-payment guarantee).

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription

Special Cases

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical issues preventing you from using the product, please contact support first. We'll work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we'll offer a full refund regardless of the guarantee period.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice or purchased the wrong tier, contact support immediately. We'll refund the duplicate or help you switch to the correct tier.

Bundle Refunds

If you purchased a bundle (multiple products together), you can either refund the entire bundle within 30 days, or refund individual products at their standalone prices (difference will be charged).
