Understanding Pricing Tiers
StackBloom uses a tiered pricing model where higher tiers unlock more features, higher limits, and advanced capabilities. Here's how it works.
One-Time vs Monthly Plans
Most StackBloom apps use one-time payment pricing — you pay once and get lifetime access. Infrastructure-heavy apps (Monitor, Live Chat, HealthBloom) use monthly subscriptions because they involve ongoing server costs.
Tier Structure
Most apps have 2-4 tiers. Lower tiers are great for individuals or small projects with basic needs. Higher tiers unlock unlimited usage, advanced features, team collaboration, and API access.
How to Purchase
Go to any app's /pricing page to compare tiers and purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and support credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Upgrading Between Tiers
You can upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier at any time. You only pay the difference between what you paid and the new tier price.
Money-Back Guarantee
All StackBloom purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Simply contact support within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.
Master Admin Access
If you have a Master Admin account (designated by StackBloom), you get automatic access to all apps at the highest tier. This is reserved for the platform owner.
