Managing Team Access

Several StackBloom apps support team collaboration. Here's how to add team members, manage permissions, and control access.

Apps with Team Features

Team features are available on Business and Enterprise tiers of most apps. Apps with explicit team support include: Monitor (team monitoring), Flourish (team habits), Live Chat (agent inbox), HealthBloom (multi-provider), and more.

Adding Team Members

In apps that support teams, go to Settings → Team to invite members by email. They'll receive an invitation link to join your workspace. You can assign roles like Admin, Member, or Viewer depending on the app.

Team Roles

Most apps have 3 roles: Owner (full access), Admin (can manage settings and members), and Member (can use app features but not change settings). Some apps also have a Viewer role (read-only).

Removing Team Members

To remove a team member, go to Settings → Team, find the member, and click Remove. Their access to your workspace will be revoked immediately.

Seat-Based vs Shared Access

Some apps charge per seat (additional members require upgrading your plan). Others include a fixed number of team seats in the Business tier. Check the pricing page for your specific app.

Data Ownership

The account owner retains ownership of all data. If a team member is removed, their contributions remain in your workspace. Data is not deleted when members leave.
