Enforce precise quantity rules for every product, category, and customer type
Selling in cases of 12? Minimum order for wholesale customers? Maximum purchase limit during product launches? QuantityBloom enforces min/max quantity rules, step increments, and role-based limits across products, categories, and cart totals — without writing a line of code. Replace WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities ($79/yr) and YITH Minimum Maximum Quantity ($59/yr) with one lifetime license.

Set minimum and maximum purchase quantities on any product or variation. Customers cannot add fewer than the minimum or more than the maximum — the cart validation is enforced at add-to-cart and checkout to prevent bypass.
Apply quantity rules at the category level so every product in that category inherits the same rules without individually configuring each item. Product-level rules override category rules when both are set.
Force quantities to be sold in multiples (step of 6, 12, 24, etc.) for bulk packs, trade cartons, or wholesale units. The quantity selector only allows valid steps — customers cannot enter an odd number when you sell in cases of 12.
Set rules for the overall cart total quantity — require a minimum of 10 items total before checkout, or cap the total cart at 50 items during limited-edition launches. Cart rules apply across all products combined.
Different limits for different customer types. Retail customers: max 3 per product. Wholesale customers: minimum 24, maximum 500. Trade accounts: custom step quantities. Rules evaluate the customer's WooCommerce role at checkout.
Assign custom quantity limits to specific customer accounts for B2B scenarios. Override role-level rules with individual agreements — useful for key accounts with negotiated minimum orders. Managed from the user admin profile.
Replace the default WooCommerce spinbox with a clean dropdown showing only valid quantities (e.g., 1, 6, 12, 24, 48). Eliminates invalid manual entry and presents options clearly for pack-based products.
Require account login before purchasing specific products or categories. Guest checkout is blocked for restricted items with a prompt to sign in or register. Ideal for trade or wholesale-only product lines.
Display clear "Sold in cases of 12" or "Minimum order: 24 units" labels next to the quantity selector and on category/archive pages. Customers understand the rules before they get to the cart, reducing frustration.
Display a dynamic prompt when a customer is close to a bulk discount quantity threshold: "Add 4 more to get 15% off." Integrates with WooCommerce Discounts or your existing tiered pricing setup to show the correct break point.
Apply quantity rules to WooCommerce Subscriptions products — set minimum quantities per subscription, limit quantity changes on active subscriptions, or enforce step quantities for subscription top-ups and re-orders.
Manage quantity rules across all products from a single admin screen without opening each product individually. Filter by category, apply batch rules to selections, and export/import rule configurations via CSV.
