Let customers choose exactly when their order arrives
Delivery date selection at checkout increases customer satisfaction, reduces failed deliveries, and lets you manage logistics capacity. DeliveryBloom adds a polished date-and-time-slot picker to your WooCommerce store with capacity limits, blackout dates, per-product rules, and delivery zone pricing — all for a one-time fee.

Place the delivery date picker wherever it fits your workflow — on product pages for pre-orders, on the cart page for early commitment, or at checkout as the final confirmation. Configurable per product.
Define delivery windows (9am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, 6pm–9pm) and set a maximum number of orders per slot. When a slot is full it disappears from the picker, preventing over-booking automatically.
Set order cutoff times per delivery day — e.g., orders for Monday delivery must be placed by Saturday 2pm. Cutoff rules prevent impossible delivery commitments and give your team processing time.
Block specific dates (public holidays, warehouse closures, staff leave) from appearing in the picker. Import a full year of public holidays for your country in one click from the built-in holiday library.
Some products ship differently. Mark bulky furniture, perishable goods, or digital add-ons as delivery-ineligible, or assign them to a separate delivery schedule. Rules cascade from category down to individual variation level.
Require at least 2 business days before delivery (preparation time), and optionally cap how far in advance customers can book (e.g., maximum 30 days out). Per-product overrides available for made-to-order items.
Charge a premium for same-day or next-day delivery slots, or offer free delivery for bookings made 5+ days in advance. Slot pricing is additive to your existing WooCommerce shipping rates.
Map delivery zones to postcodes or radius areas. Each zone can have its own available days, time slots, capacity limits, and pricing. Perfect for local delivery businesses serving distinct areas.
Automatically send a reminder email 24 hours before the customer's chosen delivery window. Include the time slot, a contact number for rescheduling, and any special delivery instructions.
View all upcoming deliveries in a calendar or list view sorted by date and time slot. Export the day's delivery list as a CSV for drivers. Filter by zone, product category, or delivery status.
Connect a public or private Google Calendar and automatically sync blackout dates. Update your delivery calendar once — DeliveryBloom pulls the changes on a configurable sync schedule.
When a customer's chosen delivery date becomes unavailable after order placement (e.g., unexpected closure), automatically notify them by email with a link to rebook their preferred slot.
