Common questions and quick fixes

My clicks are not showing in analytics
Analytics data is recorded when a visitor follows your short link. Make sure the link is active and the destination URL is correct. Analytics updates within 30 seconds of a click.
My custom domain is not working
After adding your domain, configure your DNS provider with the CNAME record shown on the domain setup page. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally.
My password-protected link shows an error
Passwords are case-sensitive. If you forgot the password, edit the link in your dashboard to set a new one (Links → find link → Edit → clear/update password field).
My link expired but I still need it
Edit the link to remove or extend the expiration date: Links → find your link → Edit → update or clear the Expiration Date field.
