What happens if I exceed my response limit?

On Starter and Pro plans, responses beyond the monthly limit will be queued. You can upgrade to increase your limit or wait until next month.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one.

Do responses reset each month?

Yes, your monthly response quota resets on the same day each month from your purchase date.

Can I export my data at any time?

Yes! All plans include CSV export. Pro and Business plans also include Excel and SPSS formats.
