Getting started

Create an account

Sign up at stackbloom.io and purchase a ProjectBloom plan to unlock your workspace.

Create a project

From your dashboard, click "New Project" and give it a name, description, and target deadline.

Add tasks and milestones

Break your project into tasks with due dates and priorities, then define milestones to mark key deliverables.

Invite your team

Go to Project Settings → Members and invite teammates by email. Assign roles and start collaborating.

Common questions

How do I set up my first project?

After logging in, click "New Project" from your dashboard. Give your project a name, set a deadline, and add a description. Then create your first tasks and assign them to team members. You can also choose a template to pre-populate your project structure.

How do I switch between Kanban, list, and timeline views?

Inside any project, use the view toggle at the top of the page to switch between List, Kanban, and Timeline views. Your preference is saved per project so you always return to the view you prefer. Timeline view is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

How do clients access the client portal?

Go to Project Settings → Client Portal and enable it for the project. Copy the unique portal link and share it with your client via email. Clients can view project progress, milestones, and selected tasks without creating an account. You control which sections are visible.

What types of files can I attach to tasks?

You can attach any file type including images (PNG, JPG, GIF), documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), and design files. File size limits depend on your plan. Files are stored securely and accessible to all project members. You can also attach multiple files to a single task.

Can I export my project data?

Yes. Go to Project Settings → Export to download your project tasks, milestones, and comments as a CSV or JSON file. Enterprise plan users can also generate formatted PDF reports for client presentations and stakeholder updates.
