Yes! We implement all required HIPAA safeguards including encryption at rest and in transit, audit logs, access controls, and Business Associate Agreements (BAA) for all Clinic tier customers.
What happens if I exceed my appointment limit on the Starter plan?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to Professional for unlimited appointments, or your booking page will pause until the next month.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime and only pay the difference between tiers.
Do you charge transaction fees on payments?
No! We don't charge any transaction fees. You'll only pay Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30c per transaction), which go directly to Stripe.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your purchase in full - no questions asked.
Can I use this for telehealth appointments?
Yes! You can set up virtual appointment types and include video call links in confirmation emails. The Professional tier includes custom intake forms perfect for telehealth screening.
