How to set up your CRM, manage contacts, and track deals through your pipeline

Getting started

Create your account

Sign up at stackbloom.io, purchase a PipelineBloom license, and log in to your dashboard. Setup takes under 5 minutes.

Import your contacts

Upload a CSV of your existing contacts or add them manually. PipelineBloom maps fields automatically and flags any issues before importing.

Create your pipeline

Define your sales stages to match your process — for example: Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won. Add as many stages as you need.

Add your first deal

Link a deal to a contact or company, set a value and expected close date, and drag it into the right pipeline stage. Your sales funnel is now live.

Common questions

How do I import my existing contacts?

Go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV file. PipelineBloom will map your columns to the correct fields and let you review the import before confirming. Supported sources include spreadsheets, HubSpot exports, Pipedrive exports, and most standard CRM CSV formats.

Can I customize my pipeline stages?

Yes. Navigate to Settings → Pipelines to add, rename, reorder, or remove stages. You can also create multiple pipelines for different products or sales motions — for example, a New Business pipeline and a Renewals pipeline.

How does email tracking work?

On the Pro and Enterprise plans, you can connect your email account and send tracked emails directly from contact or deal records. PipelineBloom embeds a lightweight tracking pixel so you are notified the instant a prospect opens your message or clicks a link.

How many team members can access PipelineBloom?

Starter supports up to 3 team members. Pro supports up to 10. Enterprise is unlimited. Each team member gets their own login and you can set role-based permissions to control who can view, edit, or delete records.

Can I export all my data?

Absolutely. Your data always belongs to you. Export contacts, deals, activities, and reports to CSV at any time from the Settings → Export page. There are no restrictions on data export, regardless of your plan.
